RECYCLE DRESS
ZERO WASTE THOUSAND RESOURCES

Models, Chiara Severino, Ilenia Donnarumma, Anna Pesacane, Alba Pesacane
-The dress with newspapers has a wheel structure made by assembling newspaper sheets curled on a bodice on which the newspapers were glued like a drapery. The dress has an overskirt made of pleated paper in which the pleated fabric is wrapped when you buy and the pleated effect I wanted to make even in the details of the dress, in the bow that adorns the closure of the bodice behind the back and in the monospalla. -The building network has been built using the orange building network that is usually found during road works. This was cut just as if it were a model obtaining through a paper pattern the skirt and the bodice and assembling them with a black double-sided tape as seams. The dress has details made with strips of black plastic bags that, as a kind of staple, pass through the holes of the net as if they were passers-by creating a play of transparencies. Even the waistband is wrapped by a ribbon always made with the black plastic bags that closes the dress with a bow on the back. The dress has a headgear accessory. -The dress with the ties has a bodice enriched with hardware ties that adorn the straps and cups, while the skirt is entirely made of black plastic bags. Even the hairstyle is made by using electric ties. -The white dress is simply an old sheet from which a full skirt has been made, on which a live painting has been made by the artist Maddalena Parmentola with the use of enamels. The dress features a hat made entirely of white paper from which flowers and roses have been made.
